Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Business Development Representative within the Sales department, concentrating on lead generation and qualification. This role entails 100% outbound activities, requiring proactive research and scouting utilizing all available tools, primarily LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will engage in cold calling and qualification calls. Once leads are qualified, they will be transitioned to Sales Executives, ensuring close collaboration throughout the process. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to participate in meetings with sales teams and prospective clients.
This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protected category according to L68/99.
You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles.
- A proactive mindset, skilled in establishing relationships with clients.
- Excellent active listening skills, capable of initiating and managing engaging conversations.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
- A solution-oriented approach, demonstrating high self-motivation and commitment.
- A willingness to learn and challenge yourself daily in a dynamic environment.
- The drive to facilitate effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales to generate new business opportunities.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in other European languages is a strong advantage.
- An interest in transitioning to roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Manager, or B2B Marketing Specialist in the future.
