Your role at NTT DATA
The HR Business Partner Associate collaborates with HR leadership to implement corporate policies regarding human resources, organizational development, and employee growth.This position is accountable for daily operations related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and providing HR advisory support across various business units.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the execution of strategies concerning recruitment, employee development, engagement, and overall HR support.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals and requirements.
- Ensuring accurate mapping of employees to the appropriate Job Framework and driving effective employee metrics.
- Aiding in the deployment, management, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives.
- Supporting the creation of talent pipelines and other recruitment initiatives within the designated area.
- Overseeing the entire onboarding process to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Generating regular reports to analyze data and track relevant HR metrics.
Required knowledge, skills, and attributes:
- Understanding of fundamental HR processes.
- Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Competence in managing assigned work processes effectively.
- Strong internal client engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the IT industry environment and business needs, along with an interest in ICT market trends.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Inspired to lead change management and explore innovative solutions.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience required:
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR department, particularly in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Learning activities.
- Experience collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technologies (e.g., Workday).
- Demonstrated experience with HR metrics.
