BMS Controls Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive Service Manager specializing in BMS controls.
The ideal candidate will effectively oversee projects assigned to them, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, timelines, and resource allocation. They will maintain strong relationships with clients and assess any changes to contracts. Regular reporting will be required to illustrate project progress to the Service Director.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing project budgets and identifying opportunities for profit enhancement Managing Maintenance Service Agreements Taking charge of Operations and Profit & Loss for maintenance tasks Establishing project timelines that align with client needs and internal resource availability Understanding client requirements and providing suitable recommendations Fostering a collaborative work environment with colleagues Cultivating positive relationships with clients Adhering to all company policies and procedures Collaborating with the service Sales team and disseminating information throughout the organizationQualifications Required:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Service Management Strong problem-solving skills Proficient troubleshooting abilities Fluent in English, both written and spoken Capacity to adapt to flexible work schedules Familiarity with IT tools, applications, and networks A university degree is essentialBenefits Offered:
