Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager BMS - Security Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects related to Building Management Systems (BMS) and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the completion of assigned installation projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and with zero or positive deviation.
  • Project Planning: Lead the creation and maintenance of project plans, working closely with customers' project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, seeking solutions to improve profitability.
  • Cost Control: Monitor costs and maximize productivity through the effective utilization of tools, processes, and products.
  • Schedule Definition: Define project schedules in accordance with customer requirements and internal resource availability.
  • Decision Making: Demonstrate the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Customer Requirements: Comprehend customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment with colleagues and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Company Compliance: Adhere to all company field procedures and protocols.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Travel: Availability to frequent travel in Italy and abroad.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks, including switch configuration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills.
