Key Responsibilities- Steer and Coordinate HMI Development Activities
Lead the development of HMI solutions for in-vehicle displays and switches, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Create and Present UI/UX ConceptsDesign and present innovative UI/UX concepts for new functionalities on infotainment, instrument cluster, and head-up display systems.
Develop HMI Flows and WireframesCreate wireframes and HMI flows in early project stages, ensuring a clear understanding of user interactions.
Produce Technical DocumentationApply requirement engineering methodologies to produce high-quality technical documentation.
Document Analysis and Feasibility ReportsDocument analysis and feasibility reports for Concept and Development stages.
Maintenance of Specifications and DocumentationEnsure the maintenance of specifications and documentation provided.
Bug Fixing and HMI PreferencesIdentify and fix bugs, and create a list of HMI preferences with first feedback and check.
Documentation for New HMI ContentDocument each new HMI content, ensuring a clear understanding of user interactions.
Simulator Reports and Concept Study PresentationsGenerate simulator reports and create concept study presentations for any function.

Requirements- Master's Degree in Engineering
A Master's degree in Engineering is required for this role.
UI/UX Design KnowledgeKnowledge of UI/UX design according to automotive regulations is essential.
HMI Development SoftwareKnowledge of HMI development software is a plus.
Software Development ProcessKnowledge of Software development process (v-cycle) is required.
HMI Prototyping ToolsKnowledge of HMI prototyping tools is essential.
CAN Communication ProtocolsKnowledge of CAN communication protocols and relative diagnostic tools is required.
Basic Knowledge of PhotoshopBasic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Jira/Confluence/CANalyzer/CANoeKnowledge of Jira/Confluence/CANalyzer/CANoe is a plus.
English LanguageKnowledge of English language is required.
Driving License BA driving license B is required for this role.
