Adecco Italia SpA is seeking two professionals to join a prominent and well-structured corporate entity in the role of Financial Controller.

These individuals will be integrated into the Strategic Planning and Control Department, reporting directly to the function manager. The key responsibilities include:
  • Analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting: Collaborate with various business functions to support financial planning.
  • Strategic Oversight: Supervise and enhance the company's operational processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reporting and analysis of results.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and analyze profits and investments.
  • Project Economic Evaluations: Assist in the preparation of economic assessments for projects.
  • Business Opportunities Assessment: Evaluate new enterprises and potential business ventures.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a degree in economics or statistics, with proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical and proactive approach, adaptability, and teamwork capabilities are essential.

Employment Offer:
A direct employment contract with the company will be provided, with the duration and salary to be determined based on the selected candidate's actual experience.
