Job Summary:

We seek a Healthcare Operations Director to support the Master Resilience Training Program within the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR). This role will oversee training and education coordination, ensuring quality control and certification of Master Resilience Trainers.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate with the Global Training Manager (GTM) and local installation leadership to plan, prepare, and execute training and education programs.
  • Participate in the local Community Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C), unit operations, and training meetings to integrate capabilities provided by the R2PC.
  • Evaluate and ensure the quality of all Master Resilience Trainers, including certification, continuous evaluations, and progression to higher levels.
  • Develop an annual training schedule for their respective installation and provide a draft to the COR-RA for approval.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A thorough understanding of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, functions, procedures, regulations, and policies related to the Department of the Army.
  • Strong English language skills, enabling you to read and comprehend printed regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions, and materials.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to facility dress codes and conducting yourself in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution, with MRT level one training (which may be completed after starting employment).
  • At least five years' experience in managing, overseeing, and completing similar work, such as training facilitation, and supporting sustainment-related operations.
  • Prior experience serving in the military, as a DOD civilian employee, or as a military dependent, with a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations.
  • Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
  • Status as a US citizen.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
