Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Supply Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This includes developing and maintaining accurate supply plans, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supply Planning
    • Develop and maintain accurate supply plans to meet customer demand, taking into account factors such as production capacity, raw material availability, and formulation optimization.
    • Collaborate with production and material planning teams to ensure seamless execution of supply plans.
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential inventory-related risks.
  • Supply Chain Optimization
    • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to drive supply chain optimization.

Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
