Job Description

Starcom is seeking a skilled Biddable Specialist to join its Milan offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing search, social, and YouTube campaigns across major digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement digital media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and colleagues from foreign countries to achieve campaign goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive campaign success.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing search, social, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Ability to design and manage digital media plans in relation to client budgets and objectives/KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major paid advertising platforms.
