Lead the Way in Lean Transformation

As a Lean First Manager at Alpitronic, you will be responsible for guiding our organization towards a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. Your mission is to drive and structure the Lean First initiative, ensuring its seamless implementation across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip our teams with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, empowering them to identify and eliminate waste and drive process improvement.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for service improvement across various functions, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive the implementation of Service IT tools projects from the process and functional side, ensuring that IT solutions align with process optimization goals.
  • Take charge of leading Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Transactional Process Improvement (TPI), Visual Management (VM), 6S, and Change Management projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master BlackBelt certification in Lean SixSigma.
  • Several years of experience in leading changes and transformations in organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the introduction and support of IT tools.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured work ethic.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, German, and Italian are a plus.
