Head of Service Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Service Operational Excellence team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing lean principles, and developing transformation roadmaps to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess opportunities for service improvement, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
  • Develop and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with company strategic goals, ensuring efficient and high-quality Kaizen events.
  • Operate with a customer-centric mindset, analyzing critical components of customer engagement for business solutions and improving customer experience.
  • Lead value stream optimization, ensuring efficient and high-quality processes, and drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.
  • Partner with business leaders to increase the organization's Lean Problem Solving Culture.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt in Lean SixSigma or similar.
  • Significant hands-on experience in working with Lean, SixSigma, OKR, DBS, or similar toolkits and management systems.
  • Proven experience in driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations.
  • Well-organized, structured work ethic, and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, German, or Italian is a plus.
