Job Description

Head of Service Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Service Operational Excellence team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing lean principles, and ensuring operational efficiency across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive service improvement strategy aligned with our company's strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities for service improvement, and develop actionable plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive cultural transformation and step-change in operational business metrics.
  • Partner with IT to implement emerging technologies that support transformational objectives.
  • Coach and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across the organization.
Requirements
  • Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar.
  • Significant experience in working with lean, Six Sigma, OKR, DBS, or similar toolkits and management systems.
  • Proven experience in driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
