Main Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating a deep knowledge of our products and Dolce & Gabbana's history and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
  • Capture meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing follow-up on all sales or client requests.
  • Discuss general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Adhere to Dolce & Gabbana's Image standards and guidelines.
  • Invite clients to company events and accompany them to each event.
  • Be available to travel for client meetings.

Key Requirements & Competencies:

  • Previous experience in a commercial/customer service role in the Fashion & Luxury industry.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and multitasking.
  • Passion and strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Italy, Milan
