La nostra azienda, Manpowergroup, cerca un professionista esperto in gestione dei flussi logistici e approvvigionamento per un ruolo chiave nella nostra societ.

Il candidato ideale avrà la responsabilit di garantire la consegna tempestiva di tutti i materiali, attrezzature e servizi richiesti per i nostri progetti, monitorando l'avanzamento degli ordini di acquisto dall'emissione alla consegna.

Alcune delle sue responsabilit includeranno:

  • Garantire la consegna tempestiva di tutti i materiali, attrezzature e servizi richiesti per i nostri progetti.
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento degli ordini di acquisto dall'emissione alla consegna.
  • Effettuare regolarmente il follow-up con i fornitori per ottenere aggiornamenti sullo stato delle consegne e aggiornare gli stakeholder interni sullo stato dell'ordine e su eventuali potenziali ritardi.
  • Identificare potenziali ritardi e lavorare in modo proattivo con i fornitori per mitigare questi problemi.
  • Preparare expediting reports, controllare e commentare i Vendor Progress reports.
  • Elaborare e distribuire report periodici sullo stato degli ordini e delle consegne alla Leadership e ad altri stakeholder.
  • Assicurarsi che tutta la documentazione sia conforme ai requisiti del progetto e alle politiche aziendali, verificandola con il team preposto.

Il candidato ideale avrà:

  • Diploma in discipline tecniche e scientifiche, rappresenta un plus: Laurea triennale in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Ingegneria o un campo correlato.
  • Pregressa Esperienza in expediting o supply chain management, preferibilmente nei settori dell'ingegneria, della tecnologia o dell'energia.
  • Comprensione dei processi di approvvigionamento e logistica.
  • Esperienza con software e strumenti di gestione della supply chain.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
  • Otte capacit di utilizzo del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi ERP, in particolare SAP.
  • Disponibilit a trasferte giornaliere su territorio nazionale.

Il contratto sarà a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con prospettiva di stabilizzazione. L'orario di lavoro sarà full time e la sede di lavoro sarà Milano. È richiesta la disponibilit a trasferte all'estero presso fornitori.
