Job Title: Junior AC Power Engineer

At Oilandgas.Org, we're committed to empowering the next generation of engineers to drive innovation and excellence in the field of AC power systems. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior AC Power Engineer to join our team in Bologna, Italy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support our AC Power business manager and product managers in terms of:

  • Providing sales and application engineering support for new product introductions and existing product inquiries
  • Updating product literature, benchmarking, and product presentations
  • Collecting customer feedback and voice of customers to inform global product development
  • Analyzing sales projects, quotes, and pipeline data

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and AC power technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop cross-functional relationships to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical roles, product/service development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and AC power technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business applications
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
