Your Role
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will:
- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance and improvement projects related to plant systems.
- Manage job orders and serve as the construction manager when necessary.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Engineering or a relevant professional diploma.
- Registration with the Order of Engineers or a similar professional body, with the authority to sign off on projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with regulatory practices and procurement codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
Additional skills that would be advantageous include:
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- At least three years of experience in construction site management and contract administration.
- Knowledge of fire prevention measures and safety coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
