About the Role

Thyssenkrupp Nucera Italy Srl is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Erection & Commissioning Hub, you will play a crucial role in executing Electrical and Instrumentation works on Green Hydrogen and Chlor-Alkali plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and ensure compliance with project documentation, including Site Instructions and Installation manuals.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • Manage the installation and testing of Electrical systems and Instrumentation, ensuring they operate effectively and safely.
  • Supervise calibration, functional checks, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide guidance and support to the NCA team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting skills development.
Requirements
  • Strong Electrical and/or Instrumentation erection supervision background.
  • Completed university studies as an associate degree or comparable degree.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a closely related position, preferably in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industry.
  • Experience managing work crews and teams with diverse cultures and nationalities.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with additional European languages a plus.
