Strategic Product Leader, Revenue Growth

Avaaz is seeking a senior product manager to drive growth and optimization of the member donation funnel, leveraging global reach and impact to drive incremental revenue growth and experimentation on new monetization opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and guide the product vision, roadmap, and processes for features and tools to grow revenue funnels, optimizing the current donation-based model and funnels.
  • Drive innovation on the current fundraising model by experimenting and delivering new impactful experiences through a deep understanding of the impact model, creative product strategy, and technical acumen.
  • Create product roadmaps and release plans, working with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive clear revenue impact.
  • Build empathy and understanding of personas and use-cases across global memberships, thinking user-first.

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, finding solutions to complex problems, and building them.
  • Strong history of building and shipping great user-facing consumer experiences, including prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines.
  • Significant practical experience delivering impactful user growth products.
  • Experience defining and utilizing metrics, OKRs, and prioritization frameworks to make product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and qualitative feedback.
  • Passion for analyzing and synthesizing data, with proven ability to prioritize using a combination of data and product intuition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, connecting strategy to customer problems and business priorities, and metrics to features.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of platforms, APIs, and system architectures, with effectiveness working with engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills, driving cross-team collaboration with stakeholders and building consensus with Avaaz's leadership team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary varies with location and experience, and is highly competitive with leading international nongovernmental organizations.
