Your Mission

As a Commodity Leader VIE, you will be responsible for structuring the purchasing panel, managing supplier selection, and ensuring regular follow-up of supplier performance. You will also define and implement the purchasing panel strategy for assigned commodities, manage global suppliers' productivity, and negotiate and implement general agreements with suppliers.

You will work closely with the Purchasing Support Team to ensure the overall productivity of the panel and build/achieve budget for assigned scope. You will also be responsible for reporting your activities towards the Purchasing organization.

Your Profile and Competencies

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a Master's degree in engineering or business. You should have strong written and oral communication skills, a good understanding of business practices, market dynamics, and trends. International mindset and overseas experience are a plus.

You should be able to work in English with an international team and have basic Italian skills. You should also be resilient, autonomous, and able to provide 'fresh eyes' on current processes.
