About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communication Specialist to join our team at Iliad Italia S.p.A. in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of the company's internal communication strategy in collaboration with the Internal Communication Manager.
  • Design and produce engaging editorial content (news, articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos) to promote the company's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the editorial plan and select the most effective communication channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct research and gather feedback from employees to create a tailored internal communication plan that meets the needs of diverse target audiences.
  • Identify and engage with external vendors to provide innovative solutions for internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with company procedures and values.
  • Plan and execute internal events, both online and offline, to foster a sense of community and engagement among employees.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective internal communication strategies.
  • Experience in content creation, particularly in video production.
  • Passion for engagement and people development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft365, particularly SharePoint.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Canva.
  • Knowledge of French.
