Job Description:

Randstad Group Italia Spa è alla ricerca di un Senior HR Consultant Engineering per la sua sede di Roma. Il candidato ideale sarà un professionista con esperienza nella ricerca e selezione di profili professionali presso agenzie per il lavoro o società di head hunting.

Responsabilità:

  • Costruire e gestire un network di clienti attraverso una costante attività di analisi e sviluppo del proprio segmento di riferimento;
  • Ricerca e selezione attraverso attività di recruiting, head hunting e mappatura del mercato;
  • Gestire trattative commerciali con gli interlocutori aziendali coinvolti;
  • Mantenere ed implementare relazioni di partnership con gli stakeholders del gruppo Randstad;
  • Supporto nell'attività di business development.

Requisiti:

  • Master di specializzazione in ambito HR;
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella ricerca e selezione di profili professionali presso agenzie per il lavoro o società di head hunting;
  • Trasparenza, correttezza e voglia di lavorare in team;
  • Organizzazione e puntualità nella gestione dei task che vengono assegnati;
  • Senso di responsabilità nella gestione del proprio lavoro;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Completano il profilo dinamismo, proattività, empatia, capacità di problem solving ed eccellenti capacità relazionali.
