Splendido Mare, a luxurious guesthouse in the heart of the Portofino, is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join its esteemed kitchen team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.

We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a luxury pastry kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of pastry arts and techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • HACCP certification
