About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Product Manager to join our team at Supermicro. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market and business trends to develop strategies for growing market share through strategically positioned Supermicro solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases, and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, working closely with sales teams to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of product management and promotion experience, with a proven ability to influence customers.
  • Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, software-defined storage, high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, hyper-converged infrastructure, SAP, and networking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence complex relationships with internal teams and external clients.
