Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Product Manager to help drive business growth in EMEA vertical markets, develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to grow market share through targeted Supermicro solutions.
  • Identify and address customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on new products and solutions, working closely with customers to define and refine product specifications.
  • Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, working with sales teams to close deals and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of product management/promotion experience with strong customer influence skills.
  • Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, and network solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate, influence, and develop complex relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Self-motivated with ability to achieve and measure established goals.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily indoors in an office setting with controlled climate conditions. May be susceptible to outdoor weather conditions.
