Job Title: HR Plant Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Plant Expert to join our team at Iveco S.P.A. in the Province of Mantova. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for interpreting and applying labor regulations, maintaining relationships with trade unions, and ensuring the correct application of CCNL guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpretation and application of labor regulations connected to the CCNL and Industrial Relations
Maintenance of relationships with trade unions at the plant level
Supervision of blue-collar related absenteeism
Cooperation with Industrial Relations to define labor relations guidelines at the product line/plant level
Interviewing and recruiting blue-collar employees
Support for employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, leave administration, and general HR policy

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an Industrial Relations role
University degree in Law (Master in HR/Economics will be considered as a plus)
Good written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office
