The Role

As a key member of our compliance team, you will report directly to the Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the company's adherence to regulatory standards, address compliance challenges, and stay informed about changes in the regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis and monitoring of both national and international regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance with all obligations.
  • Offer guidance and support to various departments on the implementation of relevant regulations.
  • Assist the Compliance Business with expert advice and support.
  • Possess a strong understanding of regulations related to banking transparency, consumer protection, and payment services.
  • Develop and enforce organizational policies, standards, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports for supervisory authorities and internal management.
  • Investigate and document compliance issues, providing resolutions as necessary.
  • Compile research findings and present recommendations to management.
  • Facilitate training and educational programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Engage in various regulatory compliance initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who are forward-thinking and eager to drive meaningful change. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Master's degree in legal studies.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory policies relevant to payment institutions.
  • Experience in compliance and risk management within consulting firms, financial institutions, or similar environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
  • A diligent and persistent work ethic.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
