Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at SIX Payment Services. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices comply with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and updates to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to impacted structures on the implementation of regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reporting to supervisory authorities and management committees.
  • Investigate and resolve regulatory compliance concerns and issues.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in legal studies or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory policies applicable to payment institutions.
  • Prior experience in compliance and risk management within consulting firms, banking institutions, or similar organizations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Demonstrated diligence and perseverance.
  • Result-oriented with a proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English, with fluency in speaking and writing.
