Regulatory Compliance Role at Worldline

As a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will be in charge of supervising company's business practices to ensure they follow specific regulations, resolving compliance issues that may arise, and being up-to-date with regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory obligations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to impacted structures on the implementation of regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reporting to supervisory authorities and management committees.
  • Investigate and resolve regulatory compliance concerns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • You have a Master's degree in legal studies.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory policies applicable to payment institutions.
  • Prior experience in compliance and risk management within consulting firms, banking institutions, or similar organizations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
