About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices comply with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to impacted structures on the implementation of regulations
- Develop and implement organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Prepare and submit periodic reporting to supervisory authorities and management
- Investigate and resolve regulatory compliance concerns
- Administer research results and make recommendations to management
- Provide training and education programs to employees to promote overall compliance
Requirements
- Master's degree in legal studies or a related field
- Deep knowledge of regulatory policies applicable to payment institutions
- Prior experience in compliance and risk management
- Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Demonstrated diligence and perseverance
- Result-oriented with a proactive attitude and initiative
- Proficient in Italian and English, with fluency in speaking and writing
