Regulatory Compliance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our business practices comply with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes affecting our business, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to our teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required.
  • Investigate and resolve regulatory compliance issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in legal studies or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory policies applicable to payment institutions.
  • Proven experience in compliance and risk management within consulting firms, banking institutions, or similar organizations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Demonstrated diligence and perseverance.
  • Result-oriented with a proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English, with fluency in speaking and writing.
