Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Business Solutions Engineer to join our team at Vodafone. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex cyber security solutions and projects that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer cyber security solutions and platforms that integrate with Vodafone's network and infrastructure.
  • Conduct technical scouting and RFx management, including documentation and testing.
  • Collaborate with Technology departments, Vodafone Business, and vendors during the presale phase and productization.
  • Integrate solutions into Vodafone's ecosystem, including tools, processes, and cyber security guidelines.
  • Ensure a well-documented and smooth hand-over to operation and assurance teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and SOC teams in delivery and in-life phases to guarantee continuous and high-quality support.

Requirements

  • Strong competence and experience in unified threat management appliances, with a focus on Fortinet.
  • Good knowledge and experience in DDoS mitigation, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, SASE, Identity Management, VPN, and Web Application Firewall platforms and network CPE solutions.
  • Good competence and experience in architectural network design with a focus on security elements.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and cyber security.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fortinet certifications (at least NSE level 4).
  • CISSP.
  • CISM.
  • CompTIA Security+.
  • Other Security vendor-specific certifications are preferred (CCNP/JNCIS/CCSE).
