Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Cyber Security & Resilience practice, you will be responsible for leading and implementing cybersecurity strategies and solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and plans to protect our clients' assets and data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and best practices, including ISO 270xx, SANS, NIST, CIS, and CSA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian and/or another language.
  • Professional certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISM, CISA, CRISK, or CISSP.
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
