Sales Representative Opportunity

We are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Sales Representative to join our team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a timely manner by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target.
  • Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers.
  • Follow up on a daily basis with customers and partners on open opportunities.
  • Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled transactions.
  • Forecast accurate deals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Complete all product training, remain up to date and present the company's product portfolio to end users.
  • Ensure the Salesforce is always up to date and all activities are logged correctly.
  • Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals when necessary.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or in any other relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in a sales role, within the IT sector.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Result driven.
  • Team-player.
