**Company Overview**

The Nanotechnology for Precision Medicine Research Unit, coordinated by Paolo Decuzzi at Istituto Italiano Di Tecnologia, is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Fellow to join our multicultural and multi-disciplinary group.

**Salary**

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 50,000 - 60,000 euros per year, depending on experience, plus private health care coverage and other benefits.

**Job Description**

As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will be involved in the fabrication, in-vitro characterization, and preclinical validation of biodegradable polymer microparticles for the intra-articular, sustained delivery of therapeutic combinations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Fabrication and characterization of polymeric, shape-defined microparticles
  • Preclinical validation of microparticles in small animal models
  • Design and conduct experiments independently

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • PhD in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines
  • Documented experience in the fabrication and characterization of drug delivery systems
  • Ability to design and conduct experiments independently
