Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Training Frameworks: Create a comprehensive framework for internal training, education, and knowledge transfer to enhance employee skills and performance.

Identify and Address Training Needs: Implement processes to identify training needs within the organisation, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to meet business objectives.

Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with HR, sales leadership, and other departments to ensure a holistic understanding of the products and services being sold, and to align education needs and training initiatives with overall sales strategy and goals.

Develop Training Materials: Identify, contact, and brief internal & external experts who will produce training materials, and set up the right platform to put training material at employees' disposal and track usage, gather suggestions.

Requirements

Experience and Skills: Master in marketing or communication, 2-5 years preferably in a sales enablement / training / instructional designer position. Problem solving and pro-active, able to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously. Entrepreneurial spirit, build synthetic and clear Power Point presentations. Fluent in English.
