We are seeking a skilled and organized Remarketing Manager to join our team at MG Motor Italia. As a key player in our commercial strategy, you will be responsible for managing our used car business and developing a national strategy to drive sales and growth.



Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual business plan for our used car division, working closely with our fleet, logistics, and finance departments.
  • Define and implement used car strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with reputable third-party suppliers to support our used car business.
  • Collaborate with our dealers to develop and implement retail used car programs and web/bid sales programs.
  • Manage used car prices, create wholesales forecasts, and report to top management on key performance indicators.
  • Interface with remarketing suppliers, support logistics and finance, and manage dealer sales to increase profit and maintain residual values on the Italian market.
  • Work with RV influencers to increase brand awareness and residual values.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in remarketing in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Proficiency in Office package use (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills and commercial attitude.
