Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Job: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at L'Officiel Monaco. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating distribution and expanding sales points in Monaco and the French Riviera. You will also be conducting meetings with distribution partners, processing and issuing invoices, managing the corporate PayPal account, and submitting invoices to the accountant.

Requirements: Located in the French Riviera or close to Monaco with work permission in France or Italy. High online affinity and strong interest in social media, fashion, and beauty topics. Initial experience in administration and bookkeeping. Confident command of English and French. Knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian is a significant advantage. Structured and team-oriented working method. Stress resistance. Reliability and good organizational skills.

Pay: €700.00 per month

Expected Hours: 10 – 12 per week
