About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Dairy Market Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Caldic. This role will focus on driving sales revenue and material margin for selected customers, while developing long-term growth strategies for key accounts.



Responsibilities



  • Accountable for sales revenue and material margin for selected customers (A, B, and C1)
  • Develop strategies and targets for long-term growth of A, B, and C1 customers in sub-segments
  • Responsible for prices and quotations for own customer pool
  • Promote and sell the entire Caldic portfolio of initiatives
  • Ownership of customers for selected accounts, including lead generation, initial customer contact, customer visits, contract management, and deal closure
  • Elaborate and follow account planning for key customers (e.g., A1)
  • Plan and forecast segment sales in joint meetings with marketing and share information with supply chain
  • Gather and analyze complete market insight, indicators, and trends of assigned market segments and its potential customers

  • Minimum number of buying customers
  • Extension % share of wallet customers

  • Compile and register product customer potentials (market intelligence)
  • Average sale per customer
  • Rate of lost customers
  • Quality of account plan and other management information


Compensation


The estimated salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
