Product Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our Product Management team in Lucca, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our products portfolio and roadmap in line with corporate strategy and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Industrial Engineering, to gather and analyze customer insights and ideas.
- Define new products in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Project Management, identifying specific technical characteristics.
- Interact with Sales teams to collect and analyze customer requests.
- Manage the product lifecycle from market/customer needs to product launch and phase out.
- Promote new products to the sales force through training sessions and webinars.
- Evaluate product portfolio economic value and manage the price list.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Visit customers, partners, or other stakeholders and attend national and international events.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in managing product lifecycle stages.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
- Team worker and collaboration facilitator.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Result-oriented and customer-focused.
