Product Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our Product Management team in Lucca, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our products portfolio and roadmap in line with corporate strategy and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Project Management, and Sales to define new products and identify specific technical characteristics.
  • Interact with Sales teams to collect and analyze customer requests.
  • Manage the product roadmap and select new ideas to be implemented in the current machine park and/or in new R&D projects.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from market/customer needs identification to product launch activities and phase out.
  • Develop commercial materials such as offer descriptions, brochures, presentations, and videos for new product launches.
  • Present and promote new products to the sales force through training sessions and webinars.
  • Define technical product modifications on existing machinery in collaboration with Project Management, R&D, Development, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Evaluate the economic value of the product portfolio and manage the price list, monitoring performance and results over time.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams.
  • Visit customers, partners, or other stakeholders and attend national and international events.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in managing all product lifecycle stages in manufacturing and innovation-oriented contexts.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and especially with MS Project.
  • Team worker and collaboration facilitator.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Customer-oriented and business-minded approach.
  • Availability to travel.
