Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist with audit and fiscal year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize internal processes.
  • Support the order-to-cash and procurement-to-pay cycles, ensuring accurate forecasting and cash flow management.
  • Interact with suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders to resolve financial and accounting matters.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury tools and process improvements.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems, with Netsuite knowledge a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and good level of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
