About the Position

We are seeking an expert to join our team at Eacd National Coordinators as a professional responsible for the implementation of early diagnosis and intervention guidelines for cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote care pathways for early detection, surveillance, and intervention of cerebral palsy
  • Raise awareness among participants about practical pathways for implementing early diagnosis and intervention guidelines
  • Elevate knowledge of surveillance and early intervention methods and models
  • Promote international collaboration for advancing early care and research efforts with children at risk of cerebral palsy and their families

About the Role

This is a 5-day course that will cover theoretical frameworks, models, procedures, and instruments recommended internationally for planning and conducting clinical and research activities for early detection, surveillance, and intervention in children at risk for cerebral palsy.

The course faculty will consist of international experts in childhood disability research and clinical care. The experience will be divided into morning lectures, afternoon practical training, and meet-the-expert sessions.

Expected Outcomes

  • Participants will be familiar with recommended methods of early detection, early surveillance, and early intervention of cerebral palsy
  • Participants will have the tools to develop and promote a care pathway for early detection of cerebral palsy
  • Participants will be aware of specific challenges related to conducting clinical care and research with children at high risk of cerebral palsy and their families
  • Participants will be able to integrate newly acquired knowledge to advance their practice clinical and research career

Eacd National Coordinators is an international not-for-profit association founded in 1989, dedicated to promoting research and education for the benefit of people with childhood-onset disabilities throughout Europe and beyond.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
