As a Finance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing financial solutions to our operating businesses, including financial solutions supporting sales, risk mitigation activities, and supply chain finance for suppliers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing financial advisory services to our operating businesses
* Performing continuous updates regarding relevant financial instruments available on the B2B market
* Handling independently within own areas of responsibility by interacting with different corporate stakeholders, our accounting services team, and headquarter departments
* Examining processes to further develop and improve them
* Being responsible for establishing and maintaining regular reports for the management and other collaborators
* Supporting projects by taking over own modules
* Becoming a known contact for Siemens Mobility within the strategic banks

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A master's degree in business administration, preferably with a specialization in banking and finance or Management Engineering
* Gained experience in a relevant internship
* Gathered international experience (e.g., University abroad)
* The aspiration to develop skills in a financial growth path
* Familiarity with financial instruments such as factoring, leasing, etc.
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Passion to never stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
* Eligibility to work in Italy
