About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Expert to join our team at Siemens. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing financial solutions to our operating businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial advisory services to support sales, risk mitigation, and supply chain finance for suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant financial instruments available on the B2B market.
  • Interact with corporate stakeholders, accounting services team, and headquarter departments to handle responsibilities independently.
  • Examine processes to further develop and improve them.
  • Establish and maintain regular reports for management and other collaborators.
  • Support projects by taking over own modules.
  • Become a known contact for Siemens Italy within the strategic banks.
Requirements
  • Be under 29 years old.
  • Hold a master's degree in business administration, preferably with a specialization in banking and finance or Management Engineering.
  • Have gained experience in a relevant internship.
  • Have gathered international experience (e.g., University abroad).
  • Have the aspiration to develop skills in a financial growth path.
  • Be familiar with financial instruments such as factoring, leasing, etc.
  • Have proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work in a changing environment.
  • Have a passion for continuous growth.
  • Respect and appreciate each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
  • Be eligible to work in Italy.
