Job Title: Master Data Management Expert

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data management? Do you have experience in implementing global processes and managing vendor, customer, finance, and materials master data? We're looking for a skilled Master Data Management Expert to join our team at Campari Group.

About the Role

The Master Data Manager will be responsible for securing the quality and timeliness of GBS service delivery, managing BPO operations in line with Campari Global and Regional Functions strategy. This includes creating and maintaining vendor, customer, finance, and materials master data, executed by BPO delivery centers, coordinating BPO teams, and delivering services in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) to Service Agreements with Accenture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement global processes in scope affecting all regions and local entities consistent with the data ownership and data management model defined.
  • Create and maintain vendor, customer, finance, and materials master data, executed by BPO delivery centers, coordinating BPO teams.
  • Deliver services in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) to Service Agreements with Accenture.
  • Monitor SLA and OLA and activate change management actions required to streamline the process and improve KPIs on both sides, BPO and local entities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Master Data management at least in one of the fields: vendor, customer, finance, material.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Vendor Management experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role.
