Position Overview

In the Sales Division, you will oversee the sales of our SaaS solutions (pricing strategies, trade finance) along with our consulting and financial engineering services directed towards clients and prospects across Italy and Europe, focusing on the real estate, corporate, and public sectors.

Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, your primary focus will be on engaging high-level executives (C-Suite, CFOs, etc.), collaborating closely with expert consultants and Product Managers at Finance Active.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Crafting customized market engagement strategies aligned with Finance Active/Altus Group's strategic segments (Real Estate, Energy, Construction, Public sector) to capture the interest of your target audience.

· Articulating the distinctive value of our solutions to financial departments based on their technological and organizational readiness: analyzing market trends, conducting assessments, formulating value propositions, presenting use cases, and delivering demonstrations to foster commitment.

· Developing commercial proposals and negotiating terms until contracts are finalized.

· Establishing optimal conditions for project initiation: onboarding and coordinating with operational teams.

· Maintaining ongoing business visibility with the department: managing the pipeline and forecasts.

You will leverage and enhance various tools at your disposal: value propositions, Salesforce CRM, professional networking platforms, email outreach, phone communications, partnerships with Fintechs, and participation in industry exhibitions and events relevant to corporate treasury professionals.

Qualifications

Holding a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Development, we invite your application if you possess:

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex B2B service and solution sales. Familiarity with trading environments and/or financial SaaS solutions is advantageous.

· A proactive sales mentality: persistence, strong listening abilities, a determined mindset, and conviction throughout the sales process are essential.

· A passion for technology: while not necessarily an expert, you should have an appreciation for SaaS, workflows, and the Fintech ecosystem.

· Ambition: a drive to meet individual or team objectives, pursue personal growth, and contribute to the success of a growing organization.

· Proficiency in English and Italian.
