About the Role

As a Junior Area/Shift Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading and training a team of up to 100 employees, planning and controlling internal processes, and collaborating with on-site upstream and downstream departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection
A Day in the Life

You will work in one of our shifts (early, late, or night) and ensure safety standards at your entire site are your top priority. As a shift manager, you will routinely conduct team meetings and provide feedback to your employees and stakeholders. Using data analysis, you will influence the productivity and quality of your site.
