We are seeking a Design Manager for Compressor Station Layout to spearhead initiatives in the Energy Transition sector, focusing on the design and implementation of infrastructure for the transmission of green gases.


Your Role
As the Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the increasing client demand for the design and analysis of compressor stations. Your expertise will be essential in the areas of natural gas compression and the evolving landscape of green gas solutions, including hydrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, and biogas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing and sustaining our expertise in compressor station design.
  • Providing high-level cost and time assessments for clients.
  • Acting as the technical lead on medium to large-scale projects within international teams focused on green gas initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure project quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to offer technical solutions and layout recommendations that optimize client outcomes.
  • Serving as a mentor and focal point for compressor station design, ensuring high-quality execution.

In this role, you will be integrated into a highly skilled technical team comprising 650 dedicated professionals. Our team excels in delivering engineering and consultancy services on a global scale within the energy sector.


About You

  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process).
  • Cross-disciplinary knowledge encompassing advisory and layout aspects.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and execution of compressor stations.
  • Extensive theoretical and practical understanding of compression technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of compressor station components and layouts.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
