Key Responsibilities- HR Support and Consultancy: Provide HR guidance and support to various business units, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, in a manner that mitigates company risk and leads to successful resolution.
- Talent Management: Partner with managers to drive the development and execution of employee performance improvement plans, and support the rollout and implementation of training programs.
- Workforce Planning: Coordinate with HR Strategic Business Partners to execute company workforce initiatives, such as reductions in force, divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain awareness of legislative trends and requirements, and manage HR and business projects to ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation and internal policies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Partner with local labor organizations, managers, and employees to drive engagement and collaboration, and support the development of employee performance improvement plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships with business leaders and collaborate with other departments.
- Language: English and Italian fluency in verbal and written communication is a must.
