The Engineering Division of ManpowerGroup, a leader in talent acquisition and management, is seeking a Quality Assurance Project Engineer. This role is pivotal in formulating and overseeing Project Quality strategies and protocols, as well as facilitating and coordinating quality-related project activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of Project Specifications and Relevant Standards to ensure:
    • Verification of Product Certification Requirements
    • Creation of Product Control Quality Plans
    • Guarantee of Product compliance with Project Specifications and internal standards throughout all manufacturing phases
    • Engagement with Clients, Third Parties, and Notified Bodies to confirm Product conformance
  • Coordinate with Inspection Agencies, Clients, and Notified Bodies to ensure Inspections align with Project Specifications
  • Timely issuance of Project Documentation
  • Implementation of Project Inspection Planning
  • Issuance of Customer Inspection Notifications
  • Preparation of Project Quality and Expediting Reports
  • Development of Manufacturer Record Books (MRB)
  • Preparation and coordination of Quality and Administrative procedures for the project
  • Management of all Quality Control and Inspection activities
  • Assist in the compilation and review of final documentation
  • Support the development of Quality requirements for Subcontracts and Procurement packages
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Integrated Factory Acceptance Tests (IFAT) for specific packages
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, including handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and audits.


Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to align with the objectives and purpose of the role, as directed by the department manager.
